These girls are top rate. They are certified in their field. The director has been wroking in Northside for about twenty years. The owner knows what she is doing. They are caring concerned individuals who started this business to accomodate special children who were not accepted any other place. I have been taking my child there for two and a half years. They have helped him through many developmental issues. They adhere to the state standards, and CDCS requirements. The Texas Rising Star comes in and inspects, and checks curriculum. The Pre-k teachers follow the same curriculum as NISD. One of the Teachers is NISD employed. The center is part of the North Side consortium. Bad reviews often come from people who do not communicate well, don't want to pay the bill when it is due, so they complain so they can rationalize why they don't have to. They make statements that the child contracted the flu from the daycare, (it couldn't possibly be from home, the grocery, the friends he is exposed to at home, etc.) They are upset because their child had a report of biting or pinching others and they want something done about the other children who were hurt. It couldn't possibly be the parent in denial could it??? Of course it could. Mi Casa has been around and commended for many years. It has success because people are satisfied with the work done there. Thanks for listening.
