| I had an experiance with Mike at signature that was not very pleasant. First when I had him quote the job and he gave me the price he stated that they would like 50% up front .25% at the half way point and the other .25% at the end. But he was always asking for me to pay him money every friday. About a week before the job was complete Mike asked the I pay him the remainder of the money owed. When I refused he tryed to lay guilt trip on me and was very upset. The job was originally only going to take 3 days to complete according to them. 3 weeks later they were still not done. Mike and I agreed that I would pay for the supplies that were needed for the job when he gave me the receipt for the supplies he was expecting me to pay for the tools for example hammers, putty knifes. After the job was complete Mike said he warrantied all of his work for 12 months when I called him several times due to a flaw in the workmanship he never would return my calls. My advise is to stay away from Signature. |
