When I have been out of touch, my contact person, Noel, checks in with me to see how our remodel is going and extend assistance as necessary. Today, one of the guys on his fabrication team came to the house to measure. He was very knowlegdable of his job, and listened carefully as I advised where I wanted specific colors of the granite slab to be placed on my cabinets. Since our cabinets are 2-toned in both cabernet and honey, it is important that the slab colors be aligned according to the cabinet colors as well. I can't wait to see my cut outs, hopefully on Saturday. I will upload b/4 and after pictures then. I highly recommend Tile Land. So does the Better Business Bureau of Dallas. They have a AAA rating and no complaints. Try them out. I'm sure you will be pleased too.
