In our case, fees for the life insurance policies were not disclosed until after a year and then we saw that the principle was being consumed by the fees - not a great college savings vehicle. I would avoid this company. You can find out what you need to know about saving for college in many books (Princeton Review is good) and the FAFSA is not hard to fill out yourself. College Authority's fee didn't buy us anything - we are sorry we spent the time and money.
